Perception & Hybrid Interaction (PHI) for Augmented Intelligence (AI)

We are working on various research topics in the field of artificial intelligence (AI) with a particular focus on the following areas: computer vision (CV), human computer interaction (HCI), virtual/augmented reality (VR/AR) and embodied AI.

The goal of our research is to develop intelligent systems that can perceive and interact with the real world and also interact with human beings simultaneously. In this manner, we aim at achieving Augmented Intelligence (AI) beyond both the human intelligence and the artificial intelligence, which lays the foundation for Cobodied AI — a new paradigm of human-AI unified cognition and co-embodiment.
